•  A valid credit card is necessary to confirm your booking

•  Check-in is from 2 p.m. on the day of your arrival

•  Check-out is until 11 a.m. on the day of departure

• Children of 14 years and older are treated as adults, so full prices apply. Said children shall be considered as adults upon your booking.

•  If you want to change or cancel your booking, you can do it using our online system in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions or you can inform us about it by e-mail at the address info@hotel-marko.si.

•  Bookings not confirmed with a credit card are valid until 6 p.m. on the day of arrival. After this time, the booking shall be cancelled and the room sold. The reception desk should be informed if you plan a late check-in after 6 p.m.

The hotel reserves the right to cancel or change your booking if there abuse was detected on our reservation system or in the case of errors caused by the user’s negligence.

Cancellation policy

The cancellation or modification of the booking shall be made with our online booking system or sent in written form or via e-mail at least two days before the date of arrival. No cancellation costs shall apply in the case of a timely cancellation or modification of the booking. The hotel charges cancellation costs equalling one overnight stay if the booking is cancelled or changed within two days prior to the arrival date. The hotel reserves the right to charge you the full amount of your stay (tourist tax excluded) in case of a no-show. If you confirm your booking with a credit card, it shall be automatically charged. The prices confirmed by the hotel upon booking also apply as cancellation costs.
