TUXEDO POLICY
It is strictly prohibited to smoke within the hotel premises. Smoking is also prohibited in the hotel rooms. The hotel reserves the right to claim any costs of cleaning services in the amount of €50.00 if the guest does not comply with the rules regulating the smoking policy in hotel rooms.
BEACH
Two nearby beaches are available to the guests of the Hotel Marko.

Beach Meduza exclusive is one of the most exclusive beaches in the Adriatic. Payment of an entrance fee is required to access the Meduza Exclusive beach.

The beach Meduza is located in the immediate vicinity of hotels along the main promenade of Portorož. An enviable and picturesque position in the Piran bay offers guests different types of comfort. For a supplementary fee, you can also rent dockchairs and sunshades.

Access to the central beach of Portorož is free for all guests. For a supplementary fee, you can also rent dockchairs and sunshades. The beach has green as well as sand areas. You can also experience water sports.

The hotel bar is open every day from 6 am to midnight.

Buffet breakfast from 7:30 am to 10:30 am
LUNCH AND DINNER
With a supplement of €22.00 per person per meal, you can choose from the daily fish, meat, vegetarian or vegan menus of our hotel restaurant. The restaurant also has a rich range of à la carte dishes to choose from according to your wishes. The restaurant is open Monday to Friday from 4 pm to 10 pm, Saturday, Sunday and holidays from noon to 10 pm
INTERNET / WI-FI
Free Wi-Fi internet access is available in all hotel premises. Please ask the reception desk for the password. The basic speed is 4/2 Mbit per second. Please ask the reception desk if you need a 30/10 Mbit per second high-speed connection.
DOGS
The Hotel Marko welcomes your pets. There can be up to 2 pets in one room. Pets must be kept on a leash all the time and must not be left in rooms on their own. For reasons concerning hygiene standards and to ensure a pleasant stay for other guests, we would like to cordially ask that your pets do not enter the hotel restaurant, dining room or the hotel beach. As owners, you shall be responsible for your pets' actions as well as any eventual compensation for costs in case of property damage.
Pets may only have access to the hotel terrace, restaurant and dining room if accompanied by their owners.
Owners are responsible for the disposal of their pets' excrement when walking in the hotel park.

BUS TO PIRANA
The bus station is located on the left side of the hotel (30 m). The bus starts every 20 minutes. Purchase the ticket from the bus driver.
