• Check-out from the hotel must be completed by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure

• For children aged 14 years and older, payment is made as for an adult, so the full price is paid. When booking a room, children over the specified age must be treated as adults

• If you want to cancel or change the room reservation, you can do it through the online reservation system in accordance with the conditions of cancellation of the reservation  or report the change to the electronic address info@hotel-marko.si

• For a non-guaranteed reservation without a credit card, room reservations are made until 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. After 18:00, the reservation will be canceled and the number will be offered to other clients. About late arrival - after 18:00, the hotel administration must be notified in advance.

Terms of cancellation of reservations:

The process of canceling or changing a reservation must be done through the online reservation system, sent in writing or by e-mail at least 2 days before the check-in date. In the event of a timely cancellation or amendment of the reservation, the user is not obligated to pay the costs of canceling the reservation. In the case of cancellation or modification of the reservation with non-observation of the reservation cancellation terms (for 2 days before check-in), the hotel charges cancellation costs in the amount of one night. In the event of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost of accommodation without tourist tax. If the reservation is confirmed by credit card, the amount will be automatically deducted from the account. Current prices confirmed by the hotel at the time of booking are used to calculate the costs of canceling the reservation.
