Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all premises of the hotel. Smoking is also prohibited in hotel rooms. The hotel has the right to reimburse the expenses for room cleaning in the amount of EUR 50, if the guest does not comply with the internal regulations that prohibit smoking in the hotel room. Smoking is allowed only outdoors and on the balcony of the hotel room.

At your disposal are three swimming beaches located near the hotel:

The beach zone "Medusa exclusive" (the right part of the beach) is intended for guests of five-star hotels. Paid entrance for use of the beach «Medusa exclusive».

Medusa Beach is just a few steps away from the hotel. Meduza Beach is located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, along the main embankment of Portorož. Deck chairs and umbrellas can be rented for a separate fee.

Free entrance to the central beach of Portorož for all guests. Sunbeds and umbrellas for an additional fee. The beach is divided into two zones — grassy and sandy. Available water sports.

The hotel's cocktail bar is open daily from 6 a.m. to midnight

Lunch / dinner
The restaurant of the hotel offers a choice of fish, meat, vegetarian and vegan menu for an additional fee of 20 euros per person/ration, and also offers a choice of dishes from the proposed menu «A la carte». The restaurant is open from Monday to Friday from 16:00 to 22:00 hours, on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 12:00 to 22:00 hours.

Dogs
together with their owners, they are also welcome at Hotel Marko, which offers accommodation for no more than 2 dogs in one room. Our four-legged guests are always on a leash and they are never left alone in a hotel room. In order to observe sanitary and hygienic norms and ensure comfort for other hotel guests, our four-legged friends do not go to the restaurant or for breakfast and do not visit the hotel beach. Our four-legged friends are responsible together with their owners for all their actions, which entail the payment of compensation and the covering of expenses in the event of property damage.
Dogs are allowed to lie on the terrace, in the restaurant, and to attend breakfast only with their owners.
